Fitness

Notice

Each entrant must read the

Fitness Notice contained in

the acknowledgement of

entry.

You cannot take part unless you wear a cycle helmet and confirm that on the day of the ride you will be capable of completing the course and medically fit

It is in your own interests that

we asked you to sign the

declaration on the entry form

confirming you are fit and well

on the event day.

Please check with your doctor

if you have any doubts about

your fitness, as the responsibility rests with you.

Be sure you are fit enough to

enter the event. If you are not

sure, or you are worried about

stressing yourself, please ensure that you drop out of the ride at a sensible time.

The best place for this is at one of the checkpoints.

We do not insure you. If you

want insurance you must take

out your own.

Our thanks to Gravesend CTC for the route suggestions and the compact route sheet. This is designed to be folded as you

progress along your chosen route.

Don't forget your number and route sheet on the day!

Young Riders

This event is on public roads, so the steps we can take to protect children are very limited.

Parents/guardians must take full responsibility for supervising their children.

Sunday, 19 April, will be our 34th consecutive 'On Your Bike' sponsored charity ride.

The wheel power of thousands of riders is now close to £600,000 raised for charities across those years. You have put the fun into fundraising and helped Rotary make a big difference in our communities . . . . .
